Cancellation Policy

At Suhrudhaa's Centre for Counseling & Therapy, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please review our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and to help us serve all our clients effectively.

Cancellation by the client: 

• We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need of our services.

• If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be equivalent to [50 % , if applicable] of the scheduled session cost.

• If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, a no-show fee of [100 percentage, if applicable] will be charged.

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new requested time, subject to availability.

• We understand that emergencies can arise. If you encounter an exceptional circumstance that prevents you from attending your appointment, please reach out to us to discuss your situation. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

At Suhrudhaa's Centre for Counseling & Therapy, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service. However, there may be instances when we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we may cancel your appointment and what you can expect.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Illness or emergency situations affecting our therapist. 

• Unforeseen technical issues that prevent the delivery of our services. 

• Any other situation that compromises our ability to provide safe and effective care. 

In the event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. We will contact you through the preferred communication method you provided during registration, whether it be via phone, email, or text message.

If we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer you the option to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you. If you prefer not to reschedule, we will initiate a full refund for your appointment fee within 24 hours.

Refund Policy & Processing Time

We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent refund process for our customers. Kindly note the following details regarding refunds:

• Refund Processing Time: Once your cancellation is approved, the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours. Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.

• Bank Transfer: In the case of bank transfers, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
