What happens in a first session?
In our first session, we simply begin a conversation. I’ll gently ask about what brings you here, your hopes, and what feels heavy right now. There’s no pressure to share everything at once : you set the pace.
How long is each session?
Sessions are usually around 50–60 minutes. This gives us enough time to go deep while keeping things focused and manageable.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your goals. Some people come for short-term support, while others find ongoing therapy useful. We’ll discuss your needs together and decide what feels right for you.
How do I book a session?
You can book directly through the “Book Now” button on my website. If you prefer, you can also reach me via email or WhatsApp, and I’ll help you schedule your session.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept UPI, bank transfers, and other secure online payments. Details will be shared during the booking process.
Do you offer packages or discounts?
Yes, I offer reduced rates if you book a set of sessions in advance. Therapy is an investment, and I want to make it accessible while still sustainable.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is my top priority. What we talk about in therapy stays between us, except in rare legal/ethical circumstances (like risk of harm). I’ll explain this clearly before we begin.
Are online sessions private?
Absolutely. I use secure, encrypted platforms. I also recommend you sit in a quiet, private space so you feel safe to open up.
Do you offer both online and offline therapy?
Yes, I offer both. Online therapy is convenient if you’re outside the city or prefer the comfort of your own space. In-person sessions are available at my space in Chennai, India.
What platform do you use for online sessions?
Usually Zoom or Google Meet. You’ll get a link once your session is confirmed.
How should I prepare for an online session?
Just find a comfortable, private space with stable internet. A water bottle and a notebook nearby can be helpful if you like to jot down reflections.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want a safe space to process your thoughts, therapy can help. You don’t need to “have it all figured out” before coming; that’s what we work on together.
What kind of therapy do you use?
I blend evidence-based approaches like Adlerian, CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy with expressive arts, movement, and storytelling. This creates a space that’s both practical and creative, tailored to your unique needs.
Do you work with relationships too?
Yes. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples in building healthier communication, navigating conflicts, and strengthening connection.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens!! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else in need.
What if I feel therapy isn’t working for me?
That’s okay. Therapy is a collaborative process. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll talk about it and make adjustments. And if you decide to stop, you are always welcome to return whenever you feel ready.
What languages do you offer sessions in?
I offer therapy in English and Tamil.
Do you work with children, adolescents, or only adults?
Currently, I primarily work with adults and young adults. For children, I can recommend trusted specialists.

Can I bring a family member or partner?
Yes, if we’re working on relationship or family concerns, you are welcome to bring them. We’ll discuss this beforehand to ensure it supports your goals.
